The non-contact type tilt angle sensor ESC1000ZA series is a sensor that is strong in vibration and shock resistance, making it suitable for automotive applications, and it also has excellent temperature characteristics, allowing for stable use even at high temperatures. It is a compact design using MEMS technology, housed in a small resin case measuring 58×42×21 mm.
